Sandra has always found that when she is in best shape she has a great attitude about her exercise and eating. Workouts are a breeze and she is working towards his exercise goals consistently. Her eating is really good and she is proud of the things that she is putting into her mouth. Finally her outlook is great because she feels excellent about the way she looks and feel. Water is also a big part of her diet. She drinks water throughout the day so that her body can easily digest the food and also so that she is not hungry and looking for some junk food. Adopt these tactics and your weight loss will be a lot easier and more fun than it has ever been before.

IT A POOR IDEA TO LIE TO YOURSELF

When a person faces a confrontation, it easy to find good arguments and lies on the second parties. These people are lying to protect themselves, look good in front of others, and avoid punishments over the society.  But someone who uses lies to hurt himself, it seems like a poor idea. In fact, because of wrong attitude, people won’t take you in consideration anymore. In addition, they are confronting with a person who doesn’t love himself and tell the truth to others.

There are many reasons that lead people to lie to themselves. I’m going to take an example from my own experience. Last year, I did my in-service training at the Interior Design department. We were two students who have been interviewed. When my supervisor asks me questions about the use of Microsoft and Excel in order to perform some administrative tasks, I said “Yes”. Few minutes later, she asks me to use the computer and type two tables. I succeeded my first table on Microsoft but I failed the second in excel. No feedback was given to me after my interview. Two days later, I received a call from Interior Design department that I have been accepted for my internship. One day, my supervisor asks me to draw up a spreadsheet file and record the names of first year students in excel software. Once again I failed it and she was disappointed about my computer skills. It just to say that lies isn’t the only option to solve a situation. It better to say the truth rather than lying.

Sprint running is one of the biggest athletics Olympic Games that existed since ancient times. It requires running as hard as somebody can for a short periods of time. Before the Olympic Games, athletes must perform a” sprint training’ in order to develop speed performance. Sprinters need technique for avoiding injury and save maximum time during the race.  Sprint running is also a sport that helps athletes to compete for the gold medal. Besides serving a function in the Olympic Games, It plays role of excellent cardiovascular exercise in which an individual increase his anaerobic threshold and burns a great of calories in short time. Through past year, I dreamed to become a professional Olympic sprinter but my parents didn’t agree with my choice. 

WHY GETTING MARRIED IS A BIG DEALS FOR WOMEN?

In the society, it sees that marriage is the union between two people. Many women are incapable to understand clearly the purpose of making a lifelong commitment with another person. In general view, they think that it is dependent the signature of piece of paper in front of families and friends , put ring into finger or organise a big party, after they become husband and wife. Moreover, the response that we received from the women that we interviewed is like “I’m getting very old and this is one of the reasons why I want to get married”. Whether many expectations must be taken in consideration before the two parties agree for the final decision. Those things are the following:  

•  Before getting married a couple need to know each other in order to avoid misunderstand
•    A couple need to be friend and not just build a partner relationship
• Trust is a must, working to make things better for parties and enjoyment, pleasure and Happiness 
• Besides love, communication is the biggest tool that leads the couple for mutual respect

HOW DO YOU STEP FROM THE TOP OF A 100 FOOT -POLE

We all see that individual life is about working hard in order to achieve big dream. The term dream is defined as the feeling of desire for something. Dreaming big gives someone motivation to take action and strength to overcomes failures. When I imagine a person that stepping 100 foot pole to reach the top, I automatically compare it to my own life. I remembered, when I was 14 one of my dreams was to study in South Africa. But my aunt who raises me refuses, because her husband didn't have enough financial resources. So, I asked myself, how I will make my dream come through. I plan my project into two steps which are the following:

·  Firstly I did my best in succeeding to pass my matrix

·  Another one was to bring up good results through my government for a bursary

For any situation, if someone when to achieve he/she must listen to his heart and not get bogged down by others who are constantly expressing their doubts.

Shopping addiction can be defined as compulsive need to buy on a daily basis. Addicted shoppers have a  tendency to forget why they bought something in the first place. They respond to the desire to meet their immediate wants but they don’t know to handle money properly. It originates from people who were disadvantaged or poor in their childhood and classify as a sign of deep-rooted issues. In the society, many women model themselves on celebrities and dream to purchase high quality items from expensive brand name. Indeed glamour is one of the factors in which they are exposed very day of their lives: It may be on their television screen, radios, in magazines and newspapers. The message these media communicate is that if they are glamorous, then they are the new social elite.
