Without a leader the division of any organization cannot function. He is the ones who motivate other to work efficiently in order to achieve the company’s objectives, mission and goals. An effective leader must possess the fundamental skills of leadership: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Additional, a good leader is stronger on vision and often on inspiration too. The world is moving at a breakneck pace and business is now being conducted on a global scale. In such times the need for a virtual meeting place has become all the more apparent. Web Conferencing services have turned this need into a reality. Web conferencing is a new way for effortless communication. It is a new collaboration technique that is changing the way businesses communicate. However, in the past communication has been rather impersonal in businesses, and has been restricted to phones or letters for much business. Web conferencing means conducting a conference over the Internet. It can be conducted without attention to geographical boundaries and limitations. Through Web conferencing people can be conducted right from his offices and can even have global participants, all of whom can also attend the meeting without having to travel across the globe. For example, a pharmaceutical company can collaborate online with a biotechnology company when working on basic research or for conducting clinical trials. As a whole, web conferencing should be flexible, dependable, and reliable. Fortunately there are several websites that educate the user and list the technology’s benefits, plus tips on finding the right web conferencing vendor for each particular business.

WHY COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT IN BUSINESS?

In the world business, communication is the vital medium that enables somebody to work cooperatively with others for the achievements of company’s goals and objectives. Having an effective communication is essential to exchange understandings and knowledge on various issues like jobs to be performed, methods to be used, responsibilities, suggestions, agreements, situational factors, and work status. This process helps any business to function smoothly. Top management and his employees face conflicts within the organisation. It is not easy to work in an environment that you might feel out of place. Sometimes the difference between a “good job” and a “bad job” is not so much the tasks at hand, but the people you work with. Sometimes you will accept lower pay if the reasons are explained to you in compelling manner. Sometimes the stress your levels plummet just by a simple “hello” from a co-worker. To prevent misunderstandings among people in the workplace, leaders must be able to communicate well with every member that is involved in the business in order to convey to each employee their jobs and expectations. He or she must be motivating person who encourages people to work hard and to have a mindset of achieving various goals. An interaction amongst members of the company builds an efficient team and internal problems are sorted out easily and quickly.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME?

Motivation is both the desire and willingness to do something. It's what gets you started and keeps you going. Personally, I have many various dreams and aims in my life. My motivations are to success in my studies and get a good job; to build a strong loved family; to support my mother and siblings needs financially; one thing that helps to motivate me is to have deadlines. It usually works when I push myself to finish something on time. Last year, when I was working as intern at CPUT, my supervisor requested me to perform a specific task even I don’t understand it, but the feeling to provide good outcomes were my priorities and make everyone happy. Success motivates me. I love a challenge and proving that I can do something that someone else thinks is beyond me. I have a whole big world around me, and a road of life before me. And I will put all my efforts to follow this road and to achieve the best I can during my future life.
