MY BIG FAT DREAM

http://www.genuinejobs.com/telecommuting/freelance-game-journalist-needed-jobs-list-oct-14/

I think writing is really a process of communication.... its sense of being in contact with people who are part of a particular audience that really makes a difference to me in writing.” (Sherley Anne Williams, poet). My dream of becoming a journalist dates back to my childhood. Even as a youngster, I was curious about the world around me and I like freedom. I was attracted to the idea because a journalist can talk to people in all stations of life and be exposed to many ideas. They play a vital role in helping others know the world in which they live and contribute to the enlightenment of society. What I like about knows that I can create a world and the people all in it, all my fingertips. I also enjoy the fact that I can create my own stories, my own twists, and my own character’s destiny, and the power it gives me to create my own plot. Writing offers me the ability to go into my own world where I can explore anything I want.

DO WE NEED TO TELL TRUTH?

http://my.opera.com/outtamyhead/blog/

Truth is the only weapon that helps people to find peace in their hearts. Lies are only powerful in the short term and soon get shown up because they are inconsistent with reality. If you were to tell lies it would become obvious in the end and then you would lose credibility. Because keeping up with lies is difficult, therefore you risk contradicting yourself; if later on and looking like a dumb liar. This happens even to the most experienced liars, even to people who plan the last detail of their lie. For instance, we observe such behaviour in the court where people contradicted themselves even when they planned to lie to a judge. Hence, telling the truth is very important because it helps to distinguish those who can be trusted and those who cannot. Those who tell the truth never have to concern themselves about covering up their lies.

CONVENTIONAL IS GOOD FALLBACK POSITION ISN'T IT?

If you are on a conventional path, following the conventional life, with conventional dreams and aspirations, then you are living a life deferred. You are putting life on the back burner until you are ready it. No, not until you are ready for it. Life is on the back burner until the planets align, fate favors you, and lighting strikes twice, or until you retire. From this statement, I ask the following question? Would you follow a path before knowing where it leads? When you follow the path that your feet were born on, instead of looking at the map and seeing all of your options, you are blind to the possibility beneath your feet.  Jonathan Wondrusch states “It is not what I did that I regret, but what I did not do”

EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS A CHOICE

Whether you believe it or not, everything up to this point in your life that has or has not happened to you is because of the choice you have made. Every aspect when examined a little closer can be traced back to as series of choices we have made. We as human beings have been given this tremendous power that allow us to change any result that we do not agree with or like, just making a choice to change. For instance, let take example within the organisation between the boss and his employees: You might feel that he or she have no choice when it comes to his bosses orders, but in fact that is not true. You could go against his wishes and not do what he was asked to do. You might not like the result of such decision, but the point is that you do have a choice. Believe in yourself to make the right choices and if for some reason you happen to make an incorrect choice, choose to learn from your minor mistake, and then choose to move forward after learning from the process. Everything in life is a choice.

YOU CANNOT CHASE TWO RABBITS AT THE SAME TIME

I agree with the following statement that is not possible to chase two rabbits at the same time. Many people find easy to manage multitask within the organisation. But it had shown that multitasking doesn’t make someone more productive. This practice doesn’t work is because we can’t focus on more than one task at a time. For example, imagine trying to talk to someone and write an email at the same time. Both of these tasks involve communication. You can’t speak to someone and write a really clear and focused email at the same time. The tasks are conflicting and the mind gets overloaded as you try to switch between the two tasks. Multitasking reduces the quality of work. Then we try to do two things or more things at once, and the result is that we do everything less well than if we focused properly on each task in turn.

WHY IS IT DANGEROUS TO SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES?

Someone’s life is a private affair. No one except yourself has the rights to know what you are doing or not. But nowadays, we see popular websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, or twitter in which millions of people are posting bad images of themselves, and ridiculous stories about their life. The use of a social network is a powerful channel whereby people can communicate to one another. As an example, when a person is looking for a job through various organisations both international and national, the words and images on his profile may be viewed by future employers. Do not think your page will have relative privacy.
From this issue, it shows that criminals can also use information provided about a person’s birthday, location, routine, hobbies, and interests to convince the unsuspecting that they have the authority to access personal data. They can even use such information to guess your account password. This explains why you should never have a password that uses the name of your pet, favourite band, hobby, birthday, or something else easily known about you. Remember that the more information malicious people have about you, the easier it is for them to take advantage of you. Other people use it to injure public figures and put their career down.
It is not important for the public to know about your life, and then it will spoil your reputation. People must use their online profile as free place to promote themselves professionally and academically. If you keep that approach in mind, you will not post anything you would regret later, and you will enjoy the benefits of staying connected with friends, colleagues, parents and other employees, while protecting yourself and even bolstering your resume.

"NOTHING IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN AN IDEA, WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE AN IDEA" (ALAIN)

Ideas are simply thoughts that come inside human spirit. Some ideas can be perceived as danger, because it focuses on the destruction. The conceptualization of bad ideas led to the negative consequences. Also, the more we know ourselves, the better able we are to make well informed decisions that may serve us as individuals, as well as the whole. In the past, scientists created the Atomic bomb (Hiroshima) to kill human beings and end World War II.
In another level of the discussion, good ideas are benefits to improve the global market for multinational firms. The society we live in is truly global. In the past, a dangerous idea would have effects only on the society is existed within. While this is still true, the scale of this society is now global. If we take example of videoconferencing is a new technology that enables group of businesses to conduct a meeting and share a project without being at the same office or country.
