WHO ARE THE FANG PEOPLE ?

http://www.egyptsearch.com/forums/Forum8/HTML/002330-2.html

Historically, Fang is one of the main tribes in central Africa who inhabit Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon and Gabon. They are originated from Nigeria, during the Bantu expansion. The Fang are reported to have moved from the northeast centuries ago and settled in the region to farm. Because they are a warrior like people they conquered the native inhabitants. Many ethnic groups still fear the Fang because of their powerful aggressive tendencies. They are also known for their older practice of cannibalism, which they practiced unashamedly during the 17th century. The Fangs believe in the existence of mighty and eternal god, called Mebe’e. In addition, the Fang people practice polygamy, and each wife lives in an independent hut with hers sons under the strict rule of the husband, his male relatives, the members of his clan and her mother in law.

ANDY WARHOL SAID, " IN THE FUTURE EVERYBODY WILL BE WORLD FAMOUS FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES." YOU CAN'T CHOOSE THE 15 MINUTES BUT WHY WOULD YOU BE WORLD FAMOUS?

Over the worldwide, I heard a lot about many famous characters whom try to improve some political, social, and economic issues that the society faced since several centuries ago. To be honest, I do not want to become famous personality in this world. But if I have to reward someone for his good actions through the society, it will be “Martin Luther King”.  Indeed, he was a smart, holy man, and civil right leader who struggled against racial equality issues that African Americans were faced in the past year ago. Everybody human beings must be treating with respect and equality. I also appreciate the ideology that he stated: the whites’ people and blacks’ people must have the same right.  He believes that “Man is a sinner in need of God’s forgiving grace. This is not deadening pessimism; it is Christian realism.”

SA LADIES IN SMALL BUSINESS

http://www.2trees-media.com/blog/2009/10/great-series-running-small-business-women

Life is very hard for many women in South Africa. Some of them cannot feed their kids because they are unemployed. This has been made worse by the fact that over the last two decades, the formal economy (especially mining) has shedding jobs and many workers were retrenched. Furthermore, every year hundreds of thousands of new seekers (the vast majority of them youth) join the army of unemployed. Indeed, the South Africa government plans to increase support for small businesses and co-operatives via new academy and advisory board, and by introducing legislation that makes it easier for South Africans to run co-operatives. Besides the government initiative’s, there is a Christian magazine called” Real Woman” that hosted some workshops to assist every unemployed South Africa women. The aim of workshop is to empowering women through skills development programmes. They were going from zero to success.

As we know, a leadership refers to the social process of influencing people of voluntarily, enthusiastically and persistently towards a purposeful group or organizational goal. Without a leader the division of any organization cannot function. He is the ones who motivate other to work efficiently in order to achieve the company’s objectives, mission and goals. An effective leader must possess the fundamental skills of leadership: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Additional, a good leader is stronger on vision and often on inspiration too. In South Africa, we have a typical example of leadership such as Dames (Eskom CEO) is acknowledged as leader who works hard to improve the performance of its power stations, contributes to the government’s new  growth plan through training and job creation, improves the customer service, and then keep the light on.

The world is moving at a breakneck pace and business is now being conducted on a global scale. In such times the need for a virtual meeting place has become all the more apparent. Web Conferencing services have turned this need into a reality. Web conferencing is a new way for effortless communication. It is a new collaboration technique that is changing the way businesses communicate. However, in the past communication has been rather impersonal in businesses, and has been restricted to phones or letters for much business. Web conferencing means conducting a conference over the Internet. It can be conducted without attention to geographical boundaries and limitations. Through Web conferencing people can be conducted right from his offices and can even have global participants, all of whom can also attend the meeting without having to travel across the globe. For example, a pharmaceutical company can collaborate online with a biotechnology company when working on basic research or for conducting clinical trials. As a whole, web conferencing should be flexible, dependable, and reliable. Fortunately there are several websites that educate the user and list the technology’s benefits, plus tips on finding the right web conferencing vendor for each particular business.
