As we know, a leadership
refers to the social process of influencing people of voluntarily,
enthusiastically and persistently towards a purposeful group or organizational
goal. Without a leader the division of any organization cannot function. He is
the ones who motivate other to work efficiently in order to achieve the
company’s objectives, mission and goals. An effective leader must possess the
fundamental skills of leadership: planning, organizing, leading, and
controlling. Additional, a good leader is stronger on vision and often on
inspiration too. In South Africa, we have a typical example of leadership such
as Dames (Eskom CEO) is acknowledged as leader who works hard to improve the
performance of its power stations, contributes to the government’s new growth plan through training and job
creation, improves the customer service, and then keep the light on.
