As we know, a leadership refers to the social process of influencing people of voluntarily, enthusiastically and persistently towards a purposeful group or organizational goal. Without a leader the division of any organization cannot function. He is the ones who motivate other to work efficiently in order to achieve the company’s objectives, mission and goals. An effective leader must possess the fundamental skills of leadership: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Additional, a good leader is stronger on vision and often on inspiration too. In South Africa, we have a typical example of leadership such as Dames (Eskom CEO) is acknowledged as leader who works hard to improve the performance of its power stations, contributes to the government’s new  growth plan through training and job creation, improves the customer service, and then keep the light on.
